更年期リチュアル

I wasn't expecting much for the intimate dryness, but that part alone made this worth it. The little ritual kit fits right on my nightstand, so I actually remember to use it during the week instead of forgetting. Three weeks in and the hot flashes feel less intense too.

The heated moments part genuinely surprised me—I wasn't expecting how much calmer I'd feel having a set routine for those. The focus on intimate dryness is something I'd been ignoring for years, and this made me actually address it.

The ritual's structure is what sold me—knowing I'm actively addressing the hot flashes and dryness instead of just enduring them makes the unpredictability feel more manageable. It's become a grounding part of my evenings, and I actually look forward to that quiet moment.
